What it is like in the house
Someone needs to let us in on the first day. The rooms we are working in are out of use until the job is done.
Sanding is the dusty part. We sand with a vacuum on the sander and seal the doorway with plastic. Shut the furnace or air conditioner off at the thermostat while we sand, so dust is not pulled through the house.

What does new drywall cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the ceiling height and how much finishing it needs. Shawn measures it and gives you a written price before any work starts.
Do you do the framing, wiring or insulation?
No. Those need to be finished, and inspected where the county requires it, before the walls are closed.
Can you paint it as well?
Yes. Painting is priced on the same estimate if you want it.
