This page says what we collect about you, why, and who else sees it. We use your details to answer your request and do the work. We do not sell them.

What we collect
What you give us
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The address or town of the property.
- What you tell us about the job, and any photos you send.
- Whether you checked the box agreeing to text messages. We keep the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on and the internet address of your device.
What the site records by itself
- The pages you visit and how long you stay.
- The kind of device and browser you use.
- Roughly where you are, worked out from your internet address. Town level, not your street.
- How you got here: a search, an ad or a link.
When you call
Our phone system logs your number and the time and length of the call. If a call is ever recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of it.
What we use it for
- To answer your request and give you an estimate.
- To schedule the work, do it, and bill you for it.
- To honor a warranty on work we did.
- To see which of our ads and pages bring in calls, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
Who else receives it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run this site, our phones and our advertising, listed below.

We do not send your name, your phone number or what you wrote in a form to Google Ads or Meta.
When a request comes in, Shawn Tabor and the people who work for us are told by text message and email, and that message carries your details. We also give your details to a supplier or an inspector where a job needs it, and to a court or a public body where the law requires it.
Text messages
We text you only if you asked us to, by ticking the box on a form or by texting us first. For texting we keep your mobile number, the record of your consent and the messages themselves. We use them to reply about your estimate, your appointment and your job.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to any text to end them. Reply HELP for help. The full terms are on the Texting Terms page.
Cookies and ad tracking
Google and Meta place cookies in your browser so they can count visits and tell us which ad a visit came from. You can turn that off in three places.
- Your browser: block or clear cookies in its privacy settings.
- Google: My Ad Center.
- Meta: Ad preferences, signed in to your account.
The site works the same with cookies blocked.
How long we keep it
- A request that did not become a job: three years, then it is deleted.
- A job we did: for as long as the warranty on it runs and the tax rules require.
- Records of texting consent: four years after the last text.
Seeing or deleting your information
Call (765) 465-1208 or email office@taborexteriors.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days. We keep what the law makes us keep, such as invoices, and we will tell you if that applies.
How we look after it
We limit who can see your details and use providers that encrypt data in transit. No system is proof against every failure. If yours is exposed, we will tell you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who receives it, we change this page and the date at the top of it.
